You should understand and comply with federal and state regulatory/compliance requirements.
Should have a solid knowledge of Service Contracts, GAP, and other beneficial products (will train on the products we offer.)
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has at least 1 year in automotive finance management, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who enjoys being competitive with themselves to continually improve on their metrics.
Will be responsible for the sale process from start to finish, including finance.
Will be responsible for loan origination and approval process for own sales and will play a supporting role to ensure loans complete funding process.
Present paperwork to and acquire approval from finance sources on all finance deals
Will be responsible for tracking individual sales and finance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Will play a role in devising methods and establish procedures to enable proper and timely completion of all sales related paperwork
Scrutinize all paperwork for any errors and to ensure accuracy of title, taxes, line information
Set and achieve monthly sales objectives and goals
Create and maintain a positive working relationship with multiple finance sources.
Yield satisfactory levels of profits and revenue for the dealership by selling insurance, finance, and extended service programs to all customers.
Resolve all funding issues with the lending sources to insure timely receipt of dealer proceeds
Working in co-operation with the owner and GSM, be willing to go above and beyond to ensure dealerships success as needed.
This role will also include a variety of tasks outside the parameters of sales and finance, which may include being involved in other operational aspects of the dealer.
